The Tradeforce installed a multi-split system with 3 internal units in my house. The work was not straightforward with long multiple connections. Tony and Alfie Williams did an excellent job installing the air conditioning. Throughout the job they were polite, friendly and very professional.

These guys have been so professional throughout the whole process. I'm embarrassed by giving 5 stars on everything as I never have done so, but they really deserve them and I couldn't find fault anywhere. TF were quick with comms and quotes and when supply problems hit, alternatives were sought and a good workable solution was found.

Clear communication

There was clear and responsive communication throughout the process of quoting through to booking an install date and installation, including a follow-up email to ensure our satisfaction with the work completed. Any questions I had were answered clearly before the installation began plus other questions which arose during the install were answered with our options explained fully.

I have been so impressed with this company from the moment I first contacted them. I originally met Simon when he came to look at my property and then subsequently dealt with Paul and Natalie in the office. Finally the fitters Tony and Alfie. I can’t speak highly enough of all the staff, everything they said they would do, they did. 

The whole team at Tradeforce, from Paul who dealt with the initial enquiry and the management of the project, to Morris who had a very difficult job because of its complexity, to Dean's team who did the making good, have been exceptional. They were all highly professional and made what could have been an extremely stressful job as painless as possible.

Really nice team, got the job done with no fuss and were neat, tidy and organised. They booked us in quickly and were able to get in within 24 hours of the deposit being paid. Happily recommended.

I use Tradeforce for annual maintenance and other works. They are professional and responsive. They installed a new cooling system for the plant room that addressed long standing problems from a previous installer. Highly recommended.

Understanding & professional

I decided to have air conditioning installed for my severely Poorly mother as she and her carers were really suffering in the heat. Best decision I made! The survey was quick . A really polite fitter tony and his lovely son did the installation. They were tidy, understanding and professional.

Very professional service

This company advised and installed the air cons in my cafe called Snug few years ago. Based on the fantastic experience then I use them to do maintenance of my air con units every year. Very professional service! Always on time, paying attention to detail and the person doing the maintenance has always extensive knowledge. Well recommended!
