Supporting Our Community: Tradeforce Airconditioning Contributes to Local Development Through Volunteering
At Tradeforce Airconditioning, we believe that our success isn’t just about the work we do, but the impact we have on the community around us. That’s why we’re proud to support and encourage our employees in giving back to the local community, helping to foster growth and development both within and outside our organisation.
One of the ways we are making a difference is through participation in the Presenting Yourself Workshop, a key initiative organised by Islington Council as part of their 100 Hours World of Work programme. This programme connects professionals with local sixth-form students, providing valuable insights into the world of work and enhancing their employability skills.
Our Contracts Manager at Tradeforce Airconditioning, early this year volunteered at this workshop at Elizabeth Garrett Anderson School, dedicating a day to help inspire and guide students as they prepare for their futures.
This hands-on involvement allows our team to not only give back but also to encourage the next generation of professionals to aim high and think big, as highlighted by the workshop’s careers leader adviser, Razziya. By participating in initiatives like this, Tradeforce Airconditioning contributes to shaping a brighter, more confident future for young people in our community.

We are committed to continuing our support for such initiatives and look forward to creating more opportunities to give back in meaningful ways. We encourage other professionals and companies to join us in contributing to programmes that help build a better, stronger community.
