We all know that in business, even the best laid plans can go unexpectedly wrong. If you have an existing air conditioning installation which breaks down our engineers will be able to attend your premises or building and provide an initial assessment of the fault.
We can then provide you with a comprehensive cost breakdown for the remedy required and proceed to fix the issue. This can be done on a one-off basis and our vans are stocked with the most common replacement parts and required tools for leading manufacturers. In the event that we need to order pats, our network of suppliers can provide these quickly so that we can get you back up and running again as soon as possible.
Generally, we recommend having a Service and Breakdown Agreement in place so that we can identify your needs, provide KPI call outs, guaranteed response times and importantly regular inspections to prevent the breakdowns in the first place.
